Terms of Service
The terms and conditions for using FrameMuse.
Last updated: 2026-07-21
Throughout these Terms, "FrameMuse", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the service described below. FrameMuse's registered legal entity name and a dedicated support email have not been finalized for this deployment; until they are, "FrameMuse" is used as the operating name, and every contact point in these Terms routes to the in-product Support Tickets feature rather than an email address.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FrameMuse (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
FrameMuse lets you generate short AI videos from a text prompt, an optional reference image, or a first-frame/last-frame image pair, using third-party Seedance AI models. Generating a video consumes credits from your account balance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
Accounts
You may sign up with an email and password, or with Google sign-in. Email accounts must verify their email address before generating videos or receiving signup credits. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately through Support Tickets if you suspect unauthorized use.
Credits and Billing
- All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Checkout, regional availability, and any applicable tax (VAT, GST, or sales tax) calculation, collection, and invoicing are handled by our payment processor as the merchant of record — we do not calculate or collect tax ourselves.
- Generating a video consumes credits at a rate determined by the model, resolution, and duration you select, shown to you before you generate. Credit costs are set and enforced on our servers; a value shown only in your browser is never authoritative.
- A newly verified account receives a one-time welcome credit grant. This grant expires 30 days after it is issued and is given once per account.
- Subscription plans grant credits monthly, on your subscription's monthly cycle date — including for annual billing, where credits are still issued month by month rather than all at once. Unused subscription credits expire when the next monthly grant is issued and do not carry over.
- Credit packs (one-time purchases) never expire.
- When you generate a video, credits closest to expiring are consumed first; permanent credit-pack balances are used last.
Refunds
- If a generation task fails, the credits it would have consumed are refunded automatically — no request is required.
- We do not refund credits for videos that generated successfully but did not meet your subjective expectations.
- Credit packs are eligible for a cash refund if you request one within 7 days of purchase and the pack is completely unused. Request a refund through Support Tickets.
- Subscription charges are not refunded for a billing period that has already started. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, but that period itself is not refunded.
AI-Generated Content
- Videos are produced by third-party AI models. Generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your purposes — we do not guarantee any particular quality, accuracy, or fitness for a purpose.
- You are solely responsible for the prompts and images you submit and for how you use the videos the Service generates. You must not use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringing, or violates another party's rights.
- Generation depends on third-party AI infrastructure we do not control; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific model.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data, including other users' generations, assets, or account information.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service, including its concurrency and credit-metering controls.
- Use the Service to generate or distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment for any credits consumed, you retain the rights you would ordinarily have in the videos you generate.
Account Deletion and Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from Account settings, after a confirmation step.
- Deletion immediately signs you out of every session and permanently blocks further sign-in — there is no self-service recovery and no undo.
- Any active subscription is canceled immediately with no further renewals, and no new generation tasks can be started.
- We may also suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
- After deletion, your historical data is retained only as needed for compliance, audit, and accounting purposes, and is never shown in the product again.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any reliance on AI-generated output.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, a notice through the Service.
