This Privacy Policy explains what information FrameMuse ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use the service, how we use it, and the choices you have. FrameMuse's registered legal entity name and a dedicated support email have not been finalized for this deployment; every contact point below routes to the in-product Support Tickets feature rather than an email address.

Information We Collect

1. Account information — your name, email address, and either a password hash (for email accounts) or Google account identifiers (for Google sign-in), plus your selected display language.
2. Generation content — the prompts you write, any images you upload as a first frame, last frame, or reference, and the videos the service generates for you.
3. Usage data — how you interact with the service: pages visited, features used, and generation activity.
4. Device information — device type, operating system, and browser, used to keep the service compatible and secure.
5. Cookies — small files used to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your language.
6. Payment information — billing details are handled directly by our payment processor, which acts as merchant of record for all charges; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide the service, including sending your prompts and images to our AI video-generation provider and returning the result to you.
• Process payments, issue and track credits, and maintain your billing history.
• Send account, security, and service notifications — for example, when a generation finishes or fails.
• Respond to support requests submitted through Support Tickets.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.

Third Parties We Work With

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate FrameMuse:

• A payment processor that acts as merchant of record for all purchases — it handles checkout, regional tax calculation/collection, and invoicing, and charges are billed in USD.
• A third-party AI provider that performs the underlying video generation from the Seedance models, using the prompts and images you submit.
• A cloud storage provider that stores your uploaded images and generated videos.
• A transactional email provider used to send verification, password-reset, and account emails.
• Optionally, privacy-conscious analytics and support/live-chat tools, only where enabled by the site operator.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with these providers only as needed for them to perform their function for us, and otherwise only to comply with law or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Retention

We retain your account data, generation history, and assets while your account is active. If you delete your account, it is soft-deleted: your data immediately stops being shown anywhere in the product and no new activity is possible, but records are retained afterward only where needed for compliance, audit, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes — never for renewed product use. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You can access, update, or export your account information from your account settings, and delete your account at any time as described in our Terms of Service. For any other request about your personal data, contact us through Support Tickets.

Children's Privacy

The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will reflect material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, a notice through the service.
